PB Tankers Limited, Phase 6 Storage Tanks Development

  • Total storage capacity – 790,000 cbm
  • Total of 14 black product tanks for Shell, 4 black product tanks for Tankstore, 6 white product tanks
  • Product – black product (fuel oil, low Sulphur fuel oil), white product (Mogas, Diesel, Kerosene)
  • Construction of 4 tank pits for black product, 1 tank pit for white product, 1 pump station & valve manifold and jetty topside works for extension of current jetty 6 to 2 new jetties (Jetty 6A/6B)
  • Detailed engineering work for tankage, civil & structure, mechanical equipment, piping, electrical & instrumentation
  • Procurement of tank farm equipment such as steel plates, piping materials, pumps, knock out drum, marine loading arm, hot oil heater, chemical dosing unit, side entry & etc
  • Mixers, corrugated plate interceptor, electrical cables, field instruments, tubing, fire fighting equipment, new panels, tank gauging system and metering skid

Vopak Shanghai Logistics Co. – Vopak Multi Product Terminal

  • Total of 62 numbers of chemical storage tanks of CS and SS material
  • EPC work includes truck loading bay, drum filling room, pipe racks and jetty topsides
  • Detailed engineering work for tankage, civil, equipment sizing, piping, electrical and instrumentation works
  • Procurement of tank farm equipment such as steel plates, piping materials, electrical cables, instrument tubing, instrument gauges, pumps and motors etc
  • Equipment works include installation of ship loading pumps, gangways, marine loading arms, fire monitor tower, jetty jib

Vopak Ethylene Tianjin Terminal Co. – Temparature Ethylene Terminal

  • Engineering scope involved the detailed engineering of the facility
  • The facility is an ethylene import/ export terminal
  • 1 number refrigerated ethylene tank with a storage capacity of 15,000 cbm, ship unloading system and send-out system to the downstream plant
  • Ethylene was stored at a temperature of approx -103oC
  • The tank was designed as a single containment steel wall with perlite insulation system
  • EPC work includes other facilities like control building, substation, etc

Oiltanking Singapore – Phase 10 Expansion

  • Total storage capacity of 40,200 cbm
  • Total of 8 dome roof tanks (white products) and 1 slop tank
  • Civil works include tank foundations, substation, oil water separator, pipe sleeper, bund walls, pump foundation and road access
  • Piping works include loading and receiving, SS304L pipeline to J10, wastewater pipeline, potable water pipeline, nitrogen pipeline, plant air pipeline and valves
  • Mechanical works include installation of 2 x 500 m3 ship loading centrifugal pump, fire fighting system
  • E&I works include substations, MOVs, terminal lighting and installation of PVRVs and ERVs
