Proposed Petroleum Storage and Handling Facilities (Phase 2) for JPTT at Jurong Port

  • Construction of a proposed terminal with 19 number of tanks suitable for the storage, transfer and blending of petroleum products, valve manifolds, firefighting system, slop and wastewater system, utilities, buildings, jetty topsides, and interconnecting pipeline from Jurong Port Tank.
  • A total capacity of 310,000 cmb with no new jetties in Phase 2 scope. Supported by Phase 1 existing jetties.

SEOT Phase 7A – Polyols Storage & Handling Project

Project involves residual engineering, procurement & construction of 10 tanks of 26,000 cbm of chemical storage capacity, associated civil & piping works of approx. 35000 dB, 325 tons of steel structure, mechanical equipment erection, electrical & instrumentation works of approx. 70 kms of cables, distribution transformer, diesel generators, MV switchgear, MOV actuators etc

Proposed Petroleum Storage & Handling Facilities For Jurong Port Tank Terminals (Phase 1) At Jurong Port

  • Construction of a tank farm with 19 numbers of tanks for clean petroleum products storage, pump stations, valve manifolds, firefighting system, slop and waste water system, utilities, buildings, jetty topsides, and interconnecting pipeline from Jurong Port Tank Terminal to Oiltanking’s tank terminal
  • Total storage facility of 232,000 cbm with potential to add another 230,000 cbm
  • Supported by 4 jetty berths with 16 meter draft and can facilitate vessel berthing up to 120,000 deadweight ton. The scope includes installation 6 numbers of marine loading arms and gangway tower with jib crane
  • Building works include CCR & admin building, warehouse & workshop and substation

Fujairah Oil Terminal – IMW Project

Engineering, Procurement and Construction of the additional works which involved civil, piping (appx. 3000 BD) & structures, mechanical, electrical & instrumentation works.

Oiltanking Odfjell Spherical Tanks – EPC 3 nos. of Spherical Tanks

  • Total storage capacity – 12,000 cbm
  • Product – 1,3 Butadiene
  • Total of 3 spherical storage tanks, 1 marine loading arm at existing Jetty-12
  • Detailed engineering work for Tankage, Civil & Structure, Mechanical Equipment, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation
  • Procurement of tank farm equipment such as steel plates, piping materials, pumps, knock out drum, marine loading arm, heat exchangers, dosing unit, electrical cables, field instruments, tubing, fire fighting equipment, new panels, tank gauging system
  • Construction of 3 nos. spherical tanks (ID 20.2 meter), rundown line (5.3 kilometer) from PCS plant & feed line (12.5 kilometer) to Lanxess which to be run on common pipe corridor in Jurong island.
