  • 2 numbers of 250,000 cbm LNG Storage Tanks (90m Dia) full containment at -165 Degrees Celsius)
  • Double wall API 620 tank – reinforced concrete outer wall, 9% Ni Carbon Steel inner wall

Provision for Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning of PC 12409 for MLNG – Bintulu, Sarawak, Malaysia

Mechanical & Piping:

  • Required to supply of management, manpower, tools, equipment, transportation, consumable and PPE.
  • Supply crane, trailer & lorry crane for the lifting works and supply all lifting equipment such as chain block, shackle and sling belt.
  • Supply of welding generator (Diesel driven) accessories and consumable.
  • All temporary spades and blinds
  • Torque Machine and manual torque tool
  • Carry out hydrotest
  • Fabricate & install pipe support and piping
  • Control valve removal installation new C/V

Electrical & Instrumentation Work:

  • Supply of calibration equipment & Testing equipment
  • Precommissioning works (Loop check & calibration)
  • Control valve functional check new c/v
  • Supply of welding generator accessories and consumables
  • Fabricate and install pipe support

Automation DCS Works in MFS2, MPCC Control room scope limited to serial link connection from LCP to MFS2, Development of Graphics screen at MFS2.
