- Detailed engineering work for civil, structural, piping, tankage, equipment sizing, electrical & instrumentation works
- Procurement of tank farm equipment such as pumps, loading arms & utility equipment, firefighting equipment, tank plates, tank accessories, piping, fittings, valves, electrical bulk material and equipment & instruments

- Procurement of tank farm equipment such as steel plates, piping materials, electrical cables, instrument tubing, instrument gauges, pumps & motors etc
- Civil works include foundation, bund walls, pipe racks, sleepers, sewer system etc
- Installation of ship loading pumps, gangways, marine loading arms, fire monitor tower, jetty jib
- Design basis includes consideration of product (monoethylene gylcol), tankage, piping, product pumps & utilities, primary and secondary wastewater system
